Interclub Results for 2023

Parksville Lawn Bowling Club
It was another great spring/summer for Interclub play this year. Most evenings were sunny and warm and the play was fantastic. A big thank you to all the folks who participated in making this activity so much fun. The Parksville club would like to thank all those who took part, and encourages new players to come on out and get involved in this fun and social evening of lawn bowling.
The results for 2023 are as follows: Qualicum Beach Lawn Bowling Club earned top spot with 27 points, 115 ends and 201 shots. Next up was Courtenay Lawn Bowling Club with 24 points, 109 ends and 214 shots. Parksville came in third with 24 points, 108 ends and 212 shots. Rounding out the event was Nanaimo Lawn Bowling Club with 21 points, 116 ends and 214 shots.
The results were very close with QB winning one more game and Courtenay winning one more end. What a season for Interclub!

What a great time to gather with friends and fellow lawn bowlers. Have fun, share some laughs, get to know one another a little better, and make some friends. This Social time happens in the winter session from 3:00 to 4:30 after short Mat on Fridays and Sundays, and during the summer, after the Friday and Sunday afternoon games. Cold drinks are available from the bar, and soft drinks and water from the fridge and if you prefer a hot tea, that can also be available. Cowichan/Parksville Challenge
Open to all club members – limit of 24 players
For planning purposes: Event will be held at Cowichan Lawn Bowling Club – 320 First Street, Duncan BC Tuesday, September 1st 2026 There will be 2 x 10 end games likely at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm Players will meet in Parksville at a time to be set to carpool together.
