CANADA DAY AND WAR AMPS FUN DAY

We will again be collecting donations to the CHAMP (Child Amputee) Program operated by The War Amps.

You can make a donation at the July 1^st Fun Day, or if you can’t make Monday, drop off cash in an envelope or a cheque to The War Amps in the drop box in the draw room, or by e-transfer to treasurer@parksvillelawnbowlingclub.com by 4 pm on Monday.

Income Tax Receipts

Income Tax receipts will be issued by The War Amps if you want one, but we need your address for them to mail you the receipt.

• Cash donations, attach a piece of paper with your name and address on it.
• Cheques to The War Amps, make sure the address on your cheque is your current address.
• e-transfers, add your address in the comments field.

If you don’t want a tax receipt then you don’t need to add your address.
