Short Mat Wrap-up

April 2, 2026
Parksville Lawn Bowling Club

We finished off the short mat season with a two day competition followed by a pizza supper. Thanks to all those who helped organize the event, provide great snacks, assist in the kitchen and help with the cleanup. A special thanks to Sandi Mitchell for her umpiring assistance during the event and to Mick Banks who provided a number of templates to assist in selecting the teams and assigning rinks.

The results are:

1st: Norman Norman, Barry Conn, Sharyn O’Reilly

2nd: Clare Atchison, Mavis Gooding, Linda Watson

3rd: Dianne Proctor, Luise Norman, Vivien Weston

4th: Clive Arthorne, Marg Wood, Alan Watson
