Evening Draws

Parksville Lawn Bowling Club
We are hoping to run 10 End Draws on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, tags in by 6:15 for a 6:30 start. However, we do not have a Draw Master for Thursday evenings. Please let me know if you are willing and able to pick up a few Thursdays for the month of July. If we are not able to secure a Draw Master for Thursday evenings, the Draws will be removed from the calendar.

What a great time to gather with friends and fellow lawn bowlers. Have fun, share some laughs, get to know one another a little better, and make some friends. This Social time happens in the winter session from 3:00 to 4:30 after short Mat on Fridays and Sundays, and during the summer, after the Friday and Sunday afternoon games. Cold drinks are available from the bar, and soft drinks and water from the fridge and if you prefer a hot tea, that can also be available. Club Mixed Pairs Tournament
Category
The format of the tournament will be modelled after the District Mixed Pairs formats. Both vary with the number of entries, but both involve either 4 or 5 fourteen end games over 2 consecutive days, so likely 3 games on one of the days.
Winners and runners up of this tournament will advance to the District Pairs to be held in Courtenay on September 12th and 13th
This event will be team of choice. Registration closes on Sunday, August 16th at 8 pm.
